What we process, and why
Contact requests
The information entered in the contact form is used to answer your request and to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request. Retention: 3 years after our last exchange. The IP address of the submission is only used to prevent abuse and is erased after 30 days. No automatic email is ever sent to the address entered.
Providing the service
For our clients: the addresses that receive the reports, the company profile and the signals detected. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Retention: the term of the contract.
Client area
A strictly necessary session cookie (30 days at most, closed after 14 days of inactivity) and a sign-in log: the IP address is erased after 90 days, the entries after 365 days.
Links in emails
Unsubscribe links and signal feedback links are signed: they are only used to record your choice.
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold or rented. It is processed by Titouan Frébourg EI and by the following providers, only for the needs of the service:
- Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos, Lumiel Building, 4e étage, 6023 Larnaca, Chypre (www.hostinger.fr)
- Artificial intelligence analysis: Anthropic (United States)
Providers outside the European Union receive the public texts to analyse and our clients' company profile; contact requests are never sent to them. These transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses of the European Commission).
Database backups are kept for 30 days at most: erased data disappears from them 30 days later at the latest.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, erasure or portability, or the restriction of its processing, and object to it, by writing to frebourgtitouanpro@outlook.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL, cnil.fr).
Cookies and trackers
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.
