Fictional example: the brief, your client area and the monthly report

What you receive, in practice.

They move.

A price drops, a depot opens, three jobs go up. Every day we read their websites, and every signal lands in your client area.

You know.

The next morning, a short email: the fact, its evidence and what it means for you. On quiet days, nothing.

You act.

The brief suggests a concrete next step, tied to the fact. Every month, the trends report counts who moved, and how much.

Every signal can be checked.

The fact, its source and what it means for you, on a single card.

Your feedback on this signal

Useful Not relevant

  1. The fact, dated and sourced

On a website, the old value and the new one, with the page.

  2. Compared with your prices

A price move is read against your own price list.

  3. A concrete next step

Tied to the fact quoted, never generic advice.

  4. Your votes add up

After 3 votes the same way on one type of signal, the analysis allows for them.

Fictional example: companies and figures are made up.

On quiet days, nothing.

A typo fixed, a cookie banner, a blog post that announces nothing: we see it, and we keep it to ourselves.

How we sort: what we spot, what you receive
  1. Spotted on their side: A typo fixed on the home page

What you receive: Nothing to report

  2. Spotted on their side: A new cookie banner

What you receive: Nothing to report

  3. Spotted on their side: A blog post that announces nothing

What you receive: Nothing to report

  4. Spotted on their side: Their entry price drops by 15%

What you receive: A brief the next morning

  5. Spotted on their side: Three field sales openings posted

What you receive: One line in the same brief

Nothing to report means no email. The same change seen on ten pages counts as one signal. A fact more than 60 days old is not reported.

With Pro, over 30 days: 4 briefs, 4 weekly summaries and 1 report. The other mornings, nothing. Fictional example: companies and figures are made up.

Your questions.

Another question? Write to us, a person replies

I already check their websites now and then.

You check when you think of it, rarely the right page. Every day we compare each tracked page with the day before and, with Pro and Premium, we also read the press, registers, job ads and reviews.

I already get automatic alerts.

An alert tells you a page changed. The brief tells you what changed, what it means for you and what to do. Then it stays quiet.

What if the artificial intelligence gets it wrong?

Every fact links to its source; a change seen on a website quotes the old value and the new one: you check it in one click.

I don't know who to watch.

Tell us your trade and your customers: we suggest a list with the quote. With Pro and Premium, the monthly report flags new entrants.

How many emails will I get?

At most one brief a day, and only on days when a change was spotted, plus a monthly trends report (and a weekly summary with the Pro and Premium plans). If nothing happens, no brief. With Pro and Premium, the weekly summary tells you so in one line, with what was read: you know the monitoring is running.

How much of my time does it take?

A short conversation at the start to learn who to watch and what matters to you, then a few questions when you first sign in. After that, no software to install, nothing to configure: you read a short email on the days something moves.

Who can see my data?

You, and the person who runs your monitoring: never another client. Our technical providers (hosting, mailbox and, once your monitoring is set up, email delivery and artificial intelligence analysis) are listed in our privacy policy as soon as they are in use. Your client area is isolated, you sign in with a link sent to your authorised addresses or with a password, and this website sets no cookies.

Is it legal?

We work within a clear framework. We read public information: your competitors' websites, their press releases and job ads, official registers, the press and reviews published online. We never access any restricted area. We follow companies.
